WELCOME to the 2021-2022 Season
Welcome to the OG's Youth Football website where you can find all details relating to the teams which we currently have running under the youth football section.
The last 2 years have certainly been a testing time for us all with a lot of disruption to both our lives and our sporting activities however we have survived and come through it and now need normality to return as best as we can.
What this year will bring as we move from the start of the football season and into the winter period is still unclear but as we currently stand the season will begin on the weekend of the 11th and 12th September without any restrictions as such in place however we do ask those that wish to socially distance themselves and continue to wear masks are respected as we all have, and are entitled to, our opinions and beliefs.
It was with regret that we took the decision to cancel this years annual football tournament however we are hopeful that this will return in the future and bring in much needed funding into the Youth Football Club section but if any member of the club have any ideas on ways to raise further funding then please speak with anyone on the committee or your team managers. We are here to listen and act on ideas which are forthcoming.
Over the past 12 months we have experienced a number of issues at the club and as a reminder to all parents using the facilities can we please insist that speed limits are adhered to and parking of your vehicles is kept to the designated car parking areas only. Parking is strictly not allowed on grassed areas or the roadway leading from bottom car park to the Indian Cricket area.
We all look forward to seeing you up the ground as the new season begins and wish you and your children a great season of football

Football Club Child Protection Policy
The OG's Youth Football Club acknowledges its responsibility to safeguard the welfare of every child and young person who has been entrusted to its care and is committed to working to provide a safe environment for all members. A child or young person is anyone under the age of 18 engaged in any club football activity. We subscribe to The Football Association's child protection and best practice policy and procedures and endorse and adopt the policy statement contained in that document.

2017 was the year we finally got to see the benefit of the £100000 investment with the 9v9 pitches finally being open for business.

MANAGERS AND COACHES REQUIRED
Are you a qualified coach looking for a team or an individual looking to get involved in youth football?
If so then we are looking for additional coaches and managers for existing teams and at our entry level at Under 6's.
Training opportunities exist for interested people who have no qualifications subject to the clubs terms and conditions and criminal record clearance.
